I remember decades ago before the internet, when scoring Van Halen tickets meant having to travel over a hundred miles to the place the show would eventually play.
Now, my son wants to go to a show, and it’s a click away. I wonder what’s in store ten years from now…scratch and sniff font delivery through monitors? Will we eventually simply sit in a chair at home while jacked into mental displays in our own minds of Dave doing splits between our eyes?
Is that…something we really want to leave for our next generation?
