Why is it all the cooking shows use heavy cream, all in the same plastic short chubby container?
The only thing I can find locally are pint size containers, nowhere near enough to make my cream based recipes for a family of six.
Alton Brown is considered by many to be today’s “Thomas Dolby of Food”. Like many pioneers, he’s gone from the set and taken food to the masses. The difference that seperates him from his peers?
He’s funnier than crap, and can back up his humor with paltry yet palatable tidbits nobody else would touch.
He’s also got Shun knives on his website, if your interested in bein’ like Alton. Just don’t go sleeping with your new toys, kids.
