The Bad: 13′th Juror’s Jackie Dowd relates a story about an Oregon Judge who’s placed three homeless people in jail for at least 10 weeks, due to being identified as material witnesses in a fight that left a man dead in a homeless camp.

The Ugly: L.A.’s Homeless Blog again has an unidentified person putting their two cents worth in.

A good example is the City of Chicago. They are reporting that in their recent homeless count there were only 24 homeless people living in their downtown. Homeless advocates in that windy city say the real number is 21,000! Yes, 21,000.
