On the way in to work my coworker tipped me off to this new flavor. Normally I’ve stayed clear of FT due to the chemical taste and way it hits the stomach. Not so with this one.

Better than Gatorade, slicker than water, and with a nice pineapple taste, ‘Hydration’ fits what I’ve been looking for, and with only 140 calories a can, period!

Let’s just hope Full Throttle’s marketing people don’t screw up and pull it thinking they know what we want. At the moment only a handful of local convenience stores are stocking up on this latest addition, so it appears that when it comes to people knowing what we want, they don’t…WE do!

We also know enough to get a hold of acne treatment when we need to.

I remember before I was working and the family was receiving Medicaid medical benefits. We were grateful. But after you begin working, your choices are more limited it seems the more you make.

Currently at the time I have to spend $444.00 USD a month before Medicaid will cover anything. That’s each month. All over a $.50 an hour raise two months ago. It was more financially better for the family to be making less as I did a year ago.

I was asked to take a look and give my honest opinion on WAMU’s checking account they offer people online. This actually came at a good time, since I’ve been having problems MAJOR with a certain Bank In America giving me the runaround.

I spent less than 15 minutes to establish an account there, using my existing account with another online bank account to deposit $1.00 in both a checking and savings account each. Turnaround is two days for the transfer, understandable since this was done on a Saturday.

I’m not one to promote having ‘gazillions’ of bank accounts, but it’s good to have an additional backup system in place PRIOR to having problems with relying on one sole bank. It’s also easier to pigeonhole funds set aside for certain projects, since it takes more time to transfer funds from one bank to another, as opposed to intrabank account transfers.

If there’s nothing mentioned further negatively, consider this an endorsement and personal recommendation to use WAMU if your doing business online or professionally blogging!

This last contest I held over at Homeless Family’s Blog was cool, and made someone really happy. I’m in the process of getting a number of products in to include in future contests and giveaways at the site.

I’ve been looking over both tangible items; like iPods; as well as service related prizes like a stay in a Colorado bed and breakfast inn. Both would be cool, but both have their own audience types…the first short in attention span, and the second are more of the ‘loyal to the death’ bloggers.

Maybe I should just let the geeks give out geek toys to the brats. Hard to say at this point, so only time will tell.

While starting up my new site the other day, I wondered what happens if a Problogger doesn’t get term insurance…are they running risks?

Of course that blogger would be! Probloggers need to start acting like they’re in a bona fide business, and quit looking at just the bottom line like a ‘hand to mouth’ environment.

Your blog is your business. You are your blog. Start paying attention to the things you need to, to protect not only your blogs future, but your own as well.
