Information is knowledge, when you're fat
It ain’t easy eatin’ greazay!
I’ll be totally honest, I’ve got to lose around 80 lbs in the next year, and I’m giving it my all without starving myself. I’ve lowered intake without endangering my health, and even gone back to strictly diet soda and started introducing bottled water as an alternative.
I’m trying.
But for me there sometimes, I feel, needs to be a little help. Already I’ve seen an increase in smoking, but considering my other options it’s something that can be addressed over time as well.
I recently got a link from someone for Orovo, just something to check out and compare to other stuff I’ve come across.
The biggest thing about diet pills is not knowing fully what you’re getting in to. Don’t just read the label, check their sites, do a search on Google. More importantly, check with your doctor…before any damage is done.
The only thing that can happen from that is beneficial.
