Sometimes when I’m sitting back thinking over the years about different computer systems I’ve seen come and go, it makes me realize we’re still in the dark ages of this young revolution.
It took years to go from a GUI created in DOS to WinX. It took how many versions since the first to see Vista. And it’s never good enough. One big marketing ploy.
The next generation will not rely on the Operating System, but rather the ability to view through browser technology across multiple platforms. For now we’ll still need to continue to pursue a memory upgrade every once in a while.
