It’s not easy being a megalomaniac online. Hours and hours in a hot kitchen, trying to get the ‘just right’ shot and not burn things. Trying to figure out if I should invest marketing dollars in shag type business card trinkets or rack card printing.
Decisions, decisions.
The chips to the right were chosen as this weeks taste test, I’d grown tired of French Fries as well as baked potatoes, and always wanted to try my hand at doing potato chips. Given the heating element doesn’t maintain proper oil temperature, I had to lower the amount immersed to about 1/3 a basket…otherwise the chips came out oily and limp.
I wonder if I can get a scratch and sniff font scent for my business cards. Gotta have goals in blogging!
